1. Definitions and Interpretations

The following words and terms used in this Agreement carry the meanings defined below:

• "Platform" — the heybaji link website, mobile app and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — any person registered on the Platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal account on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer or reward provided by heybaji link.
• "Deposit" — funds added to a user's account.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of funds from an account to the user's own payment method.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To open an account on the heybaji link platform, a user must be 21 years of age or older and must not be a resident of any area where online gaming is prohibited by law. Each individual may operate only one account.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. If an account is created with false information, heybaji link reserves the right to suspend or close that account at any time. Failure to submit documents required for identity verification may also result in a temporary restriction on the account.

2.3 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

heybaji link accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Legitimacy of Funds

The user confirms that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If heybaji link suspects any illegal money transactions, it may hold any payment and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

3.4 Payment from Own Account

Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not permitted.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

heybaji link offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus amount, the user must wager 25 times that bonus — i.e. ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once and is non-transferable.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• heybaji link reserves the right to cancel a bonus under specific circumstances.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts will result in suspension of all accounts involved.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The heybaji link VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback on net losses is paid each week: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

heybaji link is committed to protecting users' personal information. Information provided at registration is used only for delivering services, verifying identity and processing financial transactions. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. heybaji link will never ask for a password or full payment details via email or chat.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

A user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in the account in accordance with the applicable terms.

9.2 Suspension by heybaji link

heybaji link may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• A clear violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence suggesting fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• An order from a court or regulatory authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services provided through the heybaji link platform are delivered on an "as is" basis. heybaji link's liability for any loss arising from technical errors, connection issues or unexpected maintenance will be limited.

heybaji link is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a user's own decision to participate in betting or gaming. Gaming is always recommended for entertainment purposes and within one's own means.
